What Does the Process Look Like?

  2. You will meet with one of our fantastic sales representatives. During this time, you will have the opportunity to express what design look you are wanting to achieve. You can bring inspiration images, tile or stone samples for comparison, or simply yourself. Our sales representative will do his/her best to find a product within your price range and design style.

  3. The sales representative will research the product(s) you are interested in and will send you a price estimate via email.

  4. Your next job is to approve that estimate, which can be done through an email or by a signature on the estimate itself.

  5. Once approved, the sales representative will send you an invoice. You must approve the estimate and submit payment in order for your order to be processed.

  6. Once your order has arrived, we will contact you with pick up information. When you pick up your order, you will simply sign for the product. After doing so, you are good to go! You will have 5 days after the material arrives or is picked up to inform your sales representative of any issues with the material.
